Yes, all returns are free. Have you ordered a rug, but it’s not quite what you expected? Then you can return it for free within 30 days by submitting a return request via [email protected]. After we receive the item in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs for both the delivery and return. You are, of course, allowed to take the rug out of the packaging to view it at home. However, it is important that the rug is returned to us in new condition. This means it must not have any stains or be dirty. The rug should be fully packed for return to ensure it doesn’t get dirty during transport.

We will send you an e-mail with a tracking code. Not received? Check your mail’s spam box to be sure or contact our friendly customer service team. Some orders are shipped from abroad, where it is difficult to give an exact day. 

All orders above £70 are shipped free of charge. For orders below that amount, we charge £4.95 shipping costs. There is no shipping charge for returns.
